2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned due to product condition or nature, including but not limited to:
- Curtains or blinds that have been installed, cut, altered, or show signs of use, stains, or damage not present at the time of delivery.
- Products not returned in their original packaging or missing tags, labels, or included accessories.
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional products sold on an “as-is” basis.
- Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Your first eligible return order will receive free return shipping.
- Subsequent returns will be subject to return shipping fees, which will be assessed based on the specific circumstances of your return request.
We will not accept any returned packages with freight collect or unpaid shipping charges. Please contact our support team to confirm return shipping details before sending your package.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card refunds: 7-10 business days to reflect in your account
- Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- Refunds exclude original shipping and delivery fees, unless the return is a result of our error.

6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, or items that were incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the replacement.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to issue a refund instead of an exchange if the replacement product is out of stock.
