  • Remote regions: Estimated delivery within 6 to 10 working days after dispatch

6. Undelivered & Returned Parcels

Parcels that cannot be delivered due to recipient absence, refusal to accept or invalid address will be returned to our warehouse. For returned parcels, additional shipping cost will be charged for redelivery if you still require the items.
